EMOU — Educational Ministerial Officers (Uttarakhand)

EMOU (Educational Ministerial Officers Association, Uttarakhand) provides ministerial/administrative staff in the Uttarakhand education system with centralised access to official application forms, Word/PDF templates, vacancy updates, contact directories, district-level links, and association notices. The project includes a responsive website and companion Android app to distribute documents, collect suggestions, and keep ministerial personnel connected across Garhwal and Kumaon divisions. Key features include a downloadable forms repository, published vacancy lists, contact directory for offices and officers, district/ block linking on the portal, and push/update mechanisms via the Android app to reach all member staff. The platform focuses on reliability, low-bandwidth performance, and easy access for up-to-10-person local admin teams while scaling to serve statewide membership.
